Chief Executive Officer

Kaiwan Bharucha has served as Chief Executive Officer and Board Member of DeepIQ since 2025.

He brings over 25 years of global energy industry experience with deep expertise in sales, operations, consulting and executive leadership across North America, the Middle East, North Africa and Asia Pacific. Prior to DeepIQ, Kaiwan held senior leadership roles at Halliburton, including Vice President of Global Sales & Operations for Landmark and Halliburton Consulting, Global Director of Halliburton Consulting, and Senior Regional General Manager for MENA and APAC. Earlier in his career, he began as a field and desk engineer at Schlumberger. Kaiwan holds an MBA from the Texas McCombs School of Business, completed the Halliburton Executive Leadership Program and earned his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University’s Mays Business School.

Viswanath “Vish” Avasarala serves as the CTO of DeepIQ, a AI powered self-service platform for industrial data workflows.

Before joining DeepIQ, Vish held the position of Global Head of Advanced Analytics at Schlumberger. His professional background encompasses various roles, including R&D Manager for Advanced Analytics at SAS and Lead Information Scientist at GE Research. In 2012, Vish founded SQORD, a company that develops wearable technology and gamified platforms to promote physical activity in children. Vish earned his PhD in Information Science and Technology from Pennsylvania State University and holds a Bachelor of Technology degree from the Indian Institute of Technology.

Chief Operating Officer & Chief Strategy Officer

Chandra Yeleshwarapu serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Strategy Officer of DeepIQ since 2025.

He brings extensive experience in digital transformation, data platforms and AI-driven solutions for the energy industry. Prior to DeepIQ, Chandra held senior leadership roles at Halliburton, where he led initiatives across digital transformation, business development and the delivery of advanced engineering and data platforms. Earlier in his career, he held product and technology leadership roles at Oracle and SAP Ariba, contributing to the development of enterprise-scale solutions. Chandra brings a strong combination of technical depth and operational leadership, with a focus on building and scaling data and AI platforms for industrial operations.

Chief Marketing Officer

Liz Morgan joined DeepIQ in 2026 as Chief Marketing Officer.

She is a strategic marketing executive with more than 25 years of experience leading brand, digital and go-to-market initiatives across industrial, energy, manufacturing, healthcare and technology sectors. As Chief Marketing Officer at DeepIQ, she brings a unique blend of strategic vision and hands-on execution, helping organizations translate complex technologies into clear market value and measurable business growth. She has led global marketing initiatives focused on demand generation, digital transformation, brand positioning and revenue growth for both enterprise organizations and technology companies. Prior to DeepIQ, Liz held senior marketing leadership roles across industrial manufacturing, oil and gas, B2B technology and agency environments. Liz holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies from The University of Texas at Austin and completed executive leadership studies at Texas A&M University.

Jeff Washburn joined DeepIQ in 2018 and currently serves as the company’s Vice President Operations.

Jeff is an accomplished enterprise and solutions architect specializing in cloud, big data, logistics, and ERP. Prior to DeepIQ, his experience includes Enterprise Architect at Commtrex, IT Director at Masterworld, Solutions Architect at Schlumberger and Director of Microsoft Solutions at Cap Gemini. Jeff received his Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Saint Lawrence College, Canada.

Imran Kizilbash is a Managing Director at CSL Capital Management and is leading CSL Ventures, an early stage Venture Technology Fund. Prior to CSL, Mr. Kizilbash was Vice President of the Schlumberger Corporate Venture Fund. He also served as Vice President and Treasurer for Schlumberger, and held several senior management positions including President Reservoir Characterization Group, President of Middle East & Asia and President of Drilling and Measurements. He joined Schlumberger as a Wireline and Testing Field Engineer in 1989. Mr. Kizilbash has a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and Applied Sciences and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering, both degrees from the California Institute of Technology.

Son Vann serves as the VP Finance and Investor Relations at Legence. He has over 25 years of finance experience including capital markets, M&A, restructuring and operational finance and accounting. He served as Vice President of Corporate Development at Rowan Companies, and Vice President – Treasurer, Corporate Development and Investor Relations at Hercules Offshore. Son received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas and is a CFA charterholder.

Thierry Pilenko is currently a partner at Tupper Lake Partners and a board member of Arkema S.A., Trident Energy and Ensign Natural Resources. Prior to Tupper Lake, Mr. Pilenko served as Executive Chairman of TechnipFMC plc, Chairman and CEO of Technip S.A., and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Veritas DGC, Inc. He also served as President of Schlumberger GeoQuest and Managing Director of SchlumbergerSema. Alongside his executive leadership roles, Mr. Pilenko has served as a board member to several public and private companies, including Valaris plc, Rowan Companies plc, Hercules Offshore Inc., Peugeot S.A. and CGGVeritas. Mr. Pilenko graduated from IFP School and from Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Géologie.

Prior to HumanGo, Mr. Abecassis spent over 16 years at Schlumberger, where he last served as Chief Information Officer and President of Software Integrated Solutions. Mr. Abecassis has an extensive background in technology extending over 30 years, starting as a software developer and architect for Apic System. Mr. Abecassis received his PhD from Sorbonne University Pierre and Marie Curie Campus.

Abhinav Jain

Vice President - CSL Capital Management
Abhinav Jain serves as Vice President at CSL Capital Management. Prior to CSL, Mr. Jain was an advisor to portfolio companies of several energy private equity and venture capital groups like Altira, EV Private Equity, Energy Innovation Capital, TPG etc. Prior to this role, he worked at PwC’s energy investment banking group. Mr. Jain’s career started in 2009 in Norway with Fugro as an offshore seismic engineer and after which he joined Schlumberger as a wireline field engineer in the US. Outside of CSL, Abhinav has previously served on the energy advisory board of Rice Alliance for Technology & Entrepreneurship as well as on the investment committee of Houston Exponential. He recently joined Equinor & Techstars’ energy accelerator as a mentor to startups. Mr. Jain has a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communications Engineering from NIT Durgapur in India and a MBA from the University of Texas and London Business School.
